The idea for the world’s smallest car was born in Japan. At 13”, it is manufactured with a carbon body, weighs only 2.8kg, and can be carried inside one’s bag like a laptop. It resembles a skateboard more than a car, as there is no steering wheel of a remote control device, and is maneuvered by slightly shifting one’s weight to go in any direction, then stopped simply by stepping off. Now one can travel on foot quicker and further compared to walking, and without the hassle of looking for a parking spot. It can reach a maximum speed of 16km/h, is charged in 60min and can be driven for the equal amount of time.
