The Type 2 watch from Ressence is the first watch with a smart crown. With two taps you can set your watch the e-Crown automatically setting and adjusting the watch to the right time. The watch is controlled by taping the crystal on the dial and has 4 modes, time zone 1, time zone 2, app, and e-Crown off. This watch is designed to optimize user friendliness.
You can also take your watch off and have it be inactive for a while and once the watch is put back on and the wearer taps the crystal, the e-Crown will set it to the right time again automatically.
Type 2 also comes with an app using Bluetooth connectivity, which allows you to choose from time zones to send the information about the time directly to the smart crown.
