Phyn Plus uses patented, high-definition pressure wave analysis to alert you when a leak is detected, mitigate costly damage through automatic water shutoff and teach you about your water use. It is a remote monitor which leaks and control the shutoff in up to six properties through the Phyn app.

It measures tiny changes in pressure 240 times every second to understand the unique voice of each water fixture in your home and it offers an ultrasonic flow sensor which ensures accuracy and durability over the long haul. Phyn works perfectly with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant and with IFTTT you can have Phyn trigger actions with other smart home products.
