This grinder works exceptionally well in the kitchen, grinding from a course granulation to a fine powder. The Moulin uses the same engineering as the coffee grinders and is specifically made for all peppers. It is made of a rigid stainless steel shaft mounted on radial ball bearings that allows for a smooth turn of the handle devoid of friction.
The LWW Moulin uses CNC precision ground hardened carbon steel for the burrs that contact with the pepper grinds. These are normally used in coffee, now in a pepper mill, providing grind size consistency and a superior grind speed.
This grinder also has 20 different grind settings so that you can determine precisely how fine of a grind that you want for your pepper.
