Glamos is a motion sensor which can create a virtual touchscreen anywhere. It connects with your devices and turn your screens instantly interactive. You can control any device which is far away from you by placing Glamos somewhere near you. Glamos uses a rotating mirror module to scan its surroundings while it measures the distance between the objects and itself, transforming the data into a touch coordinate, and sending the coordinate to a display screen.
The screen device can be as small as your smartphone screen or as big as 6 x 3 ft. Glamos turns all your mobile games into a Wii game. You can connect your Glamos with your phone and then project the phone screen on a bigger screen using an HDMI cable.
Glamos runs at 40Hz or 40fps, meaning its mirror module rotates and captures your motion 40 times per second. It operates on minimal power and doesn't put a toll on your device.
