Made by insomniacs, for insomniacs, Dodow is a proven sleep aid that will help you fall asleep naturally and without drugs much faster than other mechanisms. Dodow looks similarly between a coaster and a shallow saucer and projects a soft blue light onto your ceiling that you breathe with. Breathing with the light helps you to regulate your nervous system and helps you drift off into a restful sleep.
The Dodow is included with batteries and uses AAA batteries which are fairly common and are also used in remote controls.
Dodow even turns itself off after 8 or so minutes, depending upon the setting selection you choose, making it so that you don't even have to worry about turning it off.
